Right, so, this is a character from an amusing webcomic called Insane in the Main Cave. [link] Her name is Dust Storm and she's flipping awesome. Heck, all of the dragons in there are awesome. Dust Storm just happens to be my favorite. XD
In any case, I couldn't shake the idea of drawing Zovesta (the artist) some fanart, and this is what came out of that. (:
